📌 Applies to journeys entirely within the Oxford Ring Road,
excluding Botley and North Hinksey areas.
Because Leaf Mobility is based in Abingdon, all Oxford-only journeys include vehicle repositioning from Abingdon.

Our pricing is approximately £3 per mile, including wheelchair assistance, waiting time and call-out.
Leaf Mobility operates as a private hire service. All prices apply to pre-booked journeys only and are agreed in advance.
⏱ Waiting Time – All Journeys
Waiting time is included only when a RETURN journey with waiting time is booked in advance.

Leaf Mobility – Terms & Conditions of Transport Services

These Terms & Conditions apply to all transport services provided by
Artur Surowiec trading as Leaf Mobility („we”, „us”, „our”).
By making a booking, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
1. Business Details

2. Scope of Services
Leaf Mobility provides pre-booked transport services, including but not limited to:
- Wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV) transport
- Assisted travel for passengers with reduced mobility
- Medical, care home, private, and council-related journeys
- One-way, return, and multi-day bookings
All services are provided on a pre-booked basis only.
3. Pre-Booked Fares & Pricing
- All fares are agreed in advance at the time of booking.
- Pre-booked fares are fixed prices and are not metered.
- Hackney Carriage tariff rates do not apply where a fixed price has been agreed.
- Prices may vary depending on:
- Distance and journey complexity
- Time and date (including evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays, and Christmas Day)
- Wheelchair assistance or additional support
- Duration and scheduling commitments
Once agreed and confirmed, the price will not change unless the booking details are amended.
4. Wheelchair Accessibility & Assistance
- Vehicles are fully wheelchair accessible.
- Manual and powered wheelchairs are accommodated subject to limits.
- Passengers may remain seated in their wheelchair.
- Wheelchairs are secured using approved restraint systems.
- Drivers provide reasonable boarding and securing assistance.
Please note: Drivers are not permitted to lift passengers manually.
5. Pick-Up Times & Waiting Time
- Clients must be ready at the agreed pick-up time.
- Reasonable waiting time is included unless stated otherwise.
- Extended waiting may be chargeable.
- Medical appointment collection times may vary.
6. Cancellations, Amendments & Deposits
- Changes or cancellations must be communicated as early as possible.
- Advance bookings may require a deposit.
- Deposits are confirmed at booking stage.
- Cancellations under 48 hours may result in loss of deposit.
- No-shows or late cancellations may be charged in full.
7. Payment Terms
- Accepted payment methods:
- Cash
- Invoice (by prior agreement)
- Invoices must be paid in line with stated terms.
- Services may be suspended for overdue accounts.
8. Christmas Day & Bank Holidays
- Christmas Day and Bank Holiday services are premium priced.
- Rates are always agreed in advance.
9. Passenger Conduct & Safety
- Seatbelts and restraints must be used.
- Driver safety instructions must be followed.
- Unsafe behaviour may result in termination of service.
10. Liability
- Appropriate insurance is held.
- No liability for delays outside our control.
- Personal belongings remain passenger responsibility.
11. Data Protection
- Data processed under UK GDPR.
- Used only for service delivery and legal compliance.
12. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Booking & Payment Policy
Booking
- All journeys must be pre-booked.
- Bookings via phone or email.
- Confirmed once accepted by Leaf Mobility.
- For new clients, full payment may be required in advance of the service being provided.
This policy is in place to confirm bookings and protect against fraudulent or non-genuine requests.
